Procedures for Glass Golf Putter Personalization
- Type "to be customized - info to follow" in the COMMENTS BOX (which is located AT THE VERY END of the order process) or e-mail CustomOrders@GlassPutter.com to let us know how you want to customize the order you will be placing.
- LOGOS: send a hard copy of a black & white camera ready logo to:

- NAMES and/or INITIALS: can be sent by e-mail to CustomOrders@GlassPutter.com or by fax to (203) 488-2472
- ALL CUSTOM FEATURES: will be signed off with your approval (via fax or mail) prior to our crafting of the putter.
- Remember to add the custom feature to your shopping cart by clicking the appropriate "Add to Cart" button below.
- Personalized putters are not returnable.
- Please allow sufficient time for your approval in addition to the 2-3 weeks we require for hand crafting your glass putter order.
The glass putters pictured on this page were customized for Yale New Haven Hospital and Beck's. (The Beck's putters were used in a Connecticut Beck's campaign for prize winners.)
